Shari Johnson is the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer for Alameda Health System.
In this role, Shari oversees Patient Access, Ambulatory Care Patient Service Representatives, Interpreter Services, the Ambulatory Call Center, Switchboard Operators, Revenue Integrity, Clinical Appeals, Patient Financial Services, Business Systems, Outside Medical Services, and Government Enrollment, managing over 300 FTEs.
Since joining AHS in 2022 as Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Shari has led measurable improvements in collection rates, AR days, bad debt reduction, eligibility response times, and denial management. She brings a collaborative leadership style and a results-driven approach to revenue cycle transformation across the health system.
