The leadership at Alameda Health System is comprised of two groups, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees.
The Executive Leadership Team is charged by the Board of Trustees to provide leadership and organizational management in the areas of operations, mission integration, finance and support services, as well as leadership in the strategic direction of the organization.
The Board of Trustees is charged with the governance of Alameda Health System. Trustees are appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Directors is the governing body of Alameda Health Partners, Inc. The members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the Alameda Health System Board of Trustees. Meetings of the Board of Directors are subject to the Brown Act and are therefore open to the public except when the Board meets in closed session.
